1.1.    AnyMaint Ltd. ("Company", "we" or "us") is an AI-powered, all-in-one maintenance management platform (CMMS) that provides preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance capabilities to help organizations optimize their operations and prevent unplanned downtime.
1.2.     We are committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who interact with us, including our customers, suppliers, business partners, job applicants, users of our digital services (including visitors to our websites and followers on social media), and any other individual (each, a "User" or "you").
1.3.    The Company undertakes to protect the Personal Information (as defined below) that may be provided to it by any of the above.
1.4.    This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect Personal Information relating to users and visitors of our website https://www.anymaint.com/ (the "Website") and Services (as defined below).
1.5.    For the purpose of this Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
   1.5.1.   “Personal Information” or “Personal Data” – information that identifies or may identify an individual

              personally, such as name, email address, residential address, and similar details.
   1.5.2.   "Communication Channels" – Any means of communication with the Company, including email,

              phone, chat, website forms, and support inquiries.
   1.5.3.    "Use of the Website" – any browsing, entering, viewing, or visiting of the Website by a User for any

               purpose whatsoever. The Website and its contents are intended for personal use only.
   1.5.4.    "Services" or "Company Services" – All services offered by the Company, including the CMMS

               platform, applications, website, and related services.

1.7.    Your Use of the Website and/or purchase of the Company's Services, or your communication with the Company and/or receipt of its services through the Website, constitutes your confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy and its terms in full.
1.8.    This Policy may be amended or updated from time to time, including due to changes to the Website, applicable legislation, or regulatory requirements. By continuing to use the Website or the Services, you signify your consent to such amendments and updates.
1.9.    The headings in this Privacy Policy are for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation.

2.    Collection of Personal Data and the Purposes of Processing 

2.1.    We collect, process and retain any Information that comes into our possession, whether provided directly by you or collected indirectly in the course of using the Website, Company's Services or Communication Channels, and such information will be processed and retained in accordance with the Company's needs and applicable law.

2.2.    Types of Information the Company processes or may process:
   2.2.1.    Identification and contact details – name, contact details (phone & e mail).
   2.2.2.    Account and authentication data – Username, password (encrypted).
   2.2.3.    Communication and interaction data – Correspondence via email, chat, phone, or Communication                  Channels; customer support tickets; feedback; satisfaction surveys; demo booking requests; and

                marketing preferences.
   2.2.4.    Audio recordings – phone calls with the company may be recorded for monitoring, control and

                improvement of the company's service quality.
   2.2.5.    Automatically Collected Data – When you visit our Website or use our Services, we automatically

                collect:
      2.2.5.1.     IP address and geolocation (country, region, city – subject to your consent where required);
      2.2.5.2.    Device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and device

                       language;
      2.2.5.3.    Unique device identifiers and mobile advertising IDs;
      2.2.5.4.    Browsing activity, pages visited, time spent, clickstream data, referral URLs, and search

                       queries;
      2.2.5.5.    Date and time stamps of access and interactions;
      2.2.5.6.    Cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, and session storage (see Section ‎5 below).

2.3.    The Company may collect and retain Personal Information when you:
   2.3.1.    Use the Website;
   2.3.2.    Purchase the Company Services;
   2.3.3.    Receive support or other services from the Company;
   2.3.4.    To enable us to meet our obligations as a potential employer for candidates applying to work with

                 us; 
2.4.    The Company will use the Information collected to provide Company Services and to meet its legal, business and contractual obligations, for purposes including:
   2.4.1.    Service delivery and performance:
      2.4.1.1.    To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Website and Services;
      2.4.1.2.    To create and manage user accounts and authenticate users;
      2.4.1.3.    To personalize your experience and customize content, features, and recommendations;
      2.4.1.4.    To process and fulfill service requests, work orders, and maintenance activities;
      2.4.1.5.    To notify you of changes, updates, new features, and service-related announcements .
   2.4.2.    Communication and support:
      2.4.2.1.    To respond to your inquiries, feedback, and requests;
      2.4.2.2.    To provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and customer support;
      2.4.2.3.    To request feedback, conduct satisfaction surveys, and improve customer experience.
   2.4.3.    Analytics, research, and improvement:
      2.4.3.1.    To conduct statistical analysis, research, and business intelligence;
      2.4.3.2.    To analyze usage patterns, user behavior, and product performance;
      2.4.3.3.    To develop new features and services;
      2.4.3.4.    To improve user experience, operational efficiency, and service quality.
   2.4.4.    Security, Fraud Prevention, and Compliance:
      2.4.4.1.    To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, unauthorized access, identity theft, money laundering,

                       and other unlawful or suspicious activity;
      2.4.4.2.    To protect the security, integrity, and availability of our systems, networks, and data;
      2.4.4.3.    To comply with legal obligations, court orders, and lawful requests from authorities;
      2.4.4.4.    To enforce our Terms of Service, policies, and agreements;
      2.4.4.5.    To conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
   2.4.5.    Marketing and promotions (with consent)
      2.4.5.1.    To send you commercial and marketing communications, including promotions, newsletters,

                      product updates, and special offers (only with your prior consent where required by law); Please

                      note that you may always opt out or unsubscribe at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link in our

                      emails.
2.5.    Without derogating from the foregoing, subject to your provision of contact details to the Company and your consent to receive direct mail and marketing messages, including an advertisement as defined in the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982, the Company shall be entitled to send you, from time to time, by e-mail and/or other means of communication you provided, information about its Services as well as marketing and promotional information on its behalf. You may revoke your consent at any time and cease receiving such messages (in full or in part), by means of an "Unsubscribe" button which will appear in the message sent to you or by any other customary means. 
2.6.    The information we collect is retained in a database ("Database"), in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (“Privacy Protection Law”), stored in the Company's systems, on servers owned or controlled by the Company and/or with reputable hosting and backup service providers, which may also be located outside the borders of Israel. Your consent to this Policy also constitutes consent to the storage of information outside the borders of Israel as aforesaid.
2.7.    For the avoidance of doubt, the information is retained in the Company's Databases even if the user is not party to any agreement with the Company and also if the user used the Company Services for a period and ceased, both for the Company purposes set forth herein and due to legal requirements.
2.8.    The Company may use processes based on artificial intelligence, including but not limited to generative artificial intelligence, digital and voice AI agents, advanced analytics tools and machine learning, for the realization of the purposes set forth in this Policy. The use of artificial intelligence is intended, among other things, for management, service and contact with customers, the operation and improvement of internal processes, the development and improvement of products and services, enhancement of the User experience, extraction of statistical and business insights, detection of fraud attempts or anomalous activity, making decisions related to terms of joining services and during the life of the service (including decisions regarding pricing of services and products, risk and needs assessments), and for forecasting trends or events. For these purposes, the Company may collect and process your Personal Information, including Information obtained from public sources, all in accordance with the applicable law and this Policy.

3.    Right to Access and Correct Personal Information

In accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, the User has the right to inspect Personal Information about them that was provided by them to the Company and that is held in the Company's Database, and to correct and/or update their personal information when it is inaccurate or incomplete, subject to the following:
3.1.    For this purpose, you may contact the Company by the means set out in Section ‎8 of this Privacy policy.
3.2.    Before the Company permits the User to inspect and/or update personal information that is incorrect which has been collected about them, additional measures may be required, such as verification of the identity of the requester and the like. After we receive a request for access to information, we will act to provide the requested information within a reasonable time in accordance with the provisions of the law.
3.3.    If, after inspecting the information, the User finds that it is not complete, accurate or up to date, they may contact the Company with a request to correct the information or to cease use of it, and the Company will act in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law. For the avoidance of doubt, the submission of such a request does not oblige the Company to correct or delete the information in accordance with the request.
3.4.    Please note that, without derogating from the foregoing, some Personal Information may be exempt from rights of inspection, correction or deletion pursuant to applicable laws.

4.    Retention Periods

4.1.    We retain different types of Information for different periods, according to the purposes for which the information is used and held, in order to provide our Services, for appropriate purposes and insofar as required by law. Some Personal Information may also be retained by our third party service providers (such as hosting services) until deleted in accordance with their retention and privacy policies.
4.2.    Please note that even after you stop using our Services or the Website we will continue to retain a copy of your personal details for legal, documentation and archival purposes.
4.3.    We may retain non identifying information indefinitely. Where appropriate we will delete or remove identifying details from information that we no longer need as identifying information. Such information includes metadata and statistical information regarding use of our services, from which the user cannot be identified.

5.    Automatic Data Collection; Use of Cookies

5.1.    When User visits the Website, it automatically collect technical data including: IP address, unique device identifier, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, device language, etc.
5.2.    The purposes of collecting these data are to improve the security of the Services, to personalize the User experience, to perform business analytics, to prevent fraud and suspicious activity, and to comply with regulatory requirements.
5.3.    We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies (collectively: “Cookies”) to collect information about your browsing activity and to enhance and optimize your user experience. Cookies are small text files or technological identifiers stored on your device by your browser, enabling us to recognize your device, remember your preferences, improve the functionality of the Website and Services, and analyze usage patterns. 
5.4.    Classification of cookies by role: 
   5.4.1.    essential cookies – required for the basic operation of the site; 
   5.4.2.    functional cookies – improve performance and remember preferences; 
   5.4.3.    analytical cookies – enable performance measurement and behavior analysis; 
   5.4.4.    marketing cookies – enable tailoring of advertisements and relevant content.
5.5.    We use third-party services that may set their own cookies and collect data subject to their own privacy policies, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads/DoubleClick through which information about users' browsing habits is collected. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third parties.
5.6.    The user may manage cookie preferences via the preferences center on the Website or through browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Website functionality. For cookies originating from and/or controlled by third parties, removal is subject to those third parties' published terms.
5.7.    The Company may adopt new tracking technologies to improve services. Any material change will be brought to Users' attention in advance and will include an option to opt out. The Company undertakes to update this policy in accordance with technological and regulatory developments.

6.    Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

The Company will disclose Personal Information to third parties only in the cases set out below, in accordance with the principle of minimum necessary disclosure and subject to appropriate safeguards as required by law:
6.1.    To service providers and business partners who assist in the operation of the Company Services, including technology providers, information security providers, cloud service providers, and customer support service providers. All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data, process it only for specified purposes, and comply with applicable data protection laws.
6.2.    To affiliated companies – We may share information with our subsidiaries, parent company, and affiliated entities for internal business purposes, analytics, and service delivery, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy. 
6.3.    To enforcement and supervisory authorities – where the disclosure is required to protect vital interests or to prevent harm to the Company, the user or third parties.
6.4.    To legal and regulatory authorities – We may disclose information to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, courts, and government agencies when:
   6.4.1.    Required by law, regulation, legal process, or court order;
   6.4.2.    Necessary to comply with lawful requests or investigations;
   6.4.3.    Needed to protect our rights, property, safety, or the rights and safety of others;
   6.4.4.    Required to prevent, detect, or investigate fraud, security incidents, or illegal activity .
6.5.    Breach of obligations – in the event of a material breach of the terms of use or commission of unlawful acts or an attempt to effect such a material breach or unlawful act.
6.6.    Legal proceedings – for the purpose of protecting the Company's rights in legal proceedings, arbitration or disputes.
6.7.    Business Transfers - in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate transaction, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections .
6.8.    Cross border transfers – transfer of information outside the borders of Israel will be made only to countries with an adequate level of protection or subject to contractual agreements that ensure equivalent protection.
6.9.    We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you with third parties for research, analytics, benchmarking, and business purposes .

7.    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1.    This policy is governed by Israeli law, including the Privacy Protection Law, and any other relevant legislation or regulatory instrument as may apply from time to time.
7.2.    In any dispute arising from or related to this privacy policy, including issues of privacy breach, unauthorized use of information or data subject rights, the exclusive and sole jurisdiction shall be the competent courts in Tel Aviv Jaffa.
