Amiad: AI-Powered Maintenance Control Across Global Operations
From limited visibility to a unified maintenance standard and real-time operational control with AnyMaint.
Amiad Water Systems, founded in 1962 and headquartered in Israel, is a leading global company in water and filtration technologies. The company operates in more than 90 countries, employs approximately 800 people, and provides solutions for industrial and agricultural applications around the world.

The Challenge: The Need for a Unified Standard in a Global Production Environment
Amiad operates in a complex global production environment, with remote sites, multilingual teams, and information coming from many different sources.
In one of its key production processes, around 20 injection molding machines operate alongside approximately 1,000 molds that are changed regularly throughout the day.
Before implementing AnyMaint, Amiad lacked clear visibility into which molds were connected to which machines, and how faults were linked to each asset.
In addition, maintenance reports were scattered, issues did not always reach the right people in time, and there was a need to create clear, consistent maintenance processes across different sites, languages, and teams.
Amiad needed an industrial maintenance management solution that would provide better control over production assets, faster response to faults, and a unified operational standard — without placing an additional burden on the organization.
How AnyMaint Turned Scattered Data into Real-Time Visibility
AnyMaint created a simple, real-time connection between the production floor, maintenance teams, and management. By scanning QR codes, each fault is now documented against a specific asset, routed to the relevant person, and made available for real-time visibility.
This has created a clear and consistent way of working: less scattered information, less reliance on informal communication, and greater transparency, prioritization, and control.
AnyMaint’s AI centralizes information from multiple sources, turns field reports into a clear and up-to-date operational picture, and supports real-time decision-making.
Implementing AnyMaint enabled Amiad to create greater operational consistency across different sites, languages, and teams.
As a result, Amiad’s maintenance process is now clearer, simpler, and more practical: faults are reported faster, routed more accurately, and managed from one updated operational picture.
Instead of relying on fragmented visibility, Amiad gained real-time control over a complex production environment, with the ability to extend the same way of working to additional sites around the world, including Turkey.

“Every minute lost to equipment downtime is a minute of lost production and lost revenue.
AnyMaint’s platform helped us significantly shorten maintenance response times and create a unified way of working across multiple sites, languages, and interfaces. The AI connects scattered information into one clear and up-to-date operational picture.”
