Founded in 1950 and based in Karmiel, Klil employs approximately 350 people. The company is one of Israel’s leading manufacturers of advanced aluminum systems for windows, doors, and façades, serving residential, commercial, and industrial projects with a strong focus on quality and innovation.

The Challenge: Turning Maintenance into a Production Advantage

Klil operates in a complex manufacturing environment, with multiple production processes, advanced equipment, and an experienced long-standing workforce — many employees with decades of hands-on knowledge.
 

Like many traditional manufacturers, Klil faced maintenance and operational challenges that directly affected performance:

  • Capturing professional knowledge that was held by individual employees

  • Centralizing communication that was scattered across WhatsApp, Excel files, and other tools

  • Supporting a multilingual workforce across Hebrew, Russian, and Arabic

One of Klil’s key challenges was low output on a critical coating line. When Ori Nachmias joined Klil in early 2025, he was tasked with significantly increasing the line’s output - and quickly identified maintenance management as one of the main bottlenecks.
 

With AnyMaint, Klil more than doubled the line’s output.
 

The key was adoption. Instead of forcing employees to use rigid forms or complex processes, AnyMaint enabled workers to report naturally, in free text and in their own language. AI helped turn those reports, updates, and shop-floor insights into structured maintenance data that teams could act on in real time.
